The Inbox Marketing Conference is a private event. Those that have filled out the registration application form and remit payment are requesting attendance. Registration is mandatory and may be made via the following means:

Attendees to the conference certify that they are over Eighteen (18) years of age.
Registration fees for the Inbox Marketing Conference includes all lunches, refreshments, reception and the conference documentation workbook. Payments may be made by company check, Credit Card, Neteller or PayPal. Please make checks payable to "Ticonderoga Ventures" and make sure to write the name of the registrant on the face along with "Inbox Marketing Conference." ALL CHECK PAYMENTS MUST BE RECEIVED FIFTEEN (15) BUSINESS DAYS PRIOR TO THE CONFERENCE.
Once the registration application form and payment is received, an official invite to the event will be e-mailed. Inbox Marketing Conference, Internet Busines Conferences, LTD Ticonderoga Ventures, Inc, the Strand Palace Hotel and those involved with the preparation/implementation of the conference reserve the right to reject any application for any reason at anytime. In the event of rejection, all payments for registration will be fully refunded.
The suggested dress code is business casual.
We have reserved a limited block of rooms with the Strand Palace Hotel for our attendees at a rate of $ 189/night (+ USD$10/night resort fee - Total with taxes is approximately USD $225) for those who wish to stay at the Strand Palace Hotel. Just call toll free at (800) 996-3426 or International at +1 305-532-3600 at least four weeks in advance and mention Inbox Marketing Conference delegate. Please make your reservations early by calling the hotel directly, as we have a limited number of rooms at this rate.
1) All sales are final. There is NO refund for any person or group of persons who wishes to cancel their attendance to the event.
2) If Ticonderoga Ventures, Inc. decides to cancel the conference, for any reason [except those listed in the Exceptions and Limitation of Liability section (below)], any and all admission fees prepaid shall be fully refunded.
EXCEPTIONS AND LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Internet Business Conferences LTD, Ticonderoga Ventures, Inc., the Strand Palace Hotel and those involved with the preparation/implementation of the conference will not provide refunds and is held harmless from any and all claims, losses and damages (including attorney's fees and any costs involved because of said claims), on account of: lost or damaged articles; accident; any mishap due to alcohol or drug abuse; death; injury; illness; disruption; delays or cancellations caused by weather conditions; any mechanical or electrical difficulties; strikes; lockouts; police and/or law enforcement activity; act of God; natural disaster; act of War; act of Terrorism; and/or any other event beyond their control.
Internet Business Conferences LTD, Ticonderoga Ventures, Inc. and those involved with the preparation/implementation of the conference assumes no liability for non-refundable transportation costs, hotel accommodations or additional costs incurred by registrants.
